كشف المتخصّص بالأحوال الجوية وعلم المناخ الأب ايلي خنيصر، أنّ لبنان سيشهد في المنتصف الثاني من شهر شباط سلسلة من المنخفضات الجوية حيث ستتساقط الهطولات المائية بكميات كبيرة وبشكل متواصل مترافقة مع حبّات البرد، على أمل تغيّر المنظومة المناخية مع عودة الموجات القطبية الباردة الآيلة الى هطول الثلوج على ارتفاع وسطي يقارب التسعمئة متر

Meteorologist and climatologist Father Elie Khneisser revealed that Lebanon will experience a series of low-pressure systems in the second half of February, bringing heavy and continuous rainfall accompanied by hail.
